Vicki Henricks has resigned from the position of Member at Large
Jimmy and Kirsten Melton announced they will be moving to OK. In May  

Pow wow for Mar 24 and 25
Annette handed out Pow Wow Coordination group sheets – there are still openings for volunteers.
Pre-selling family packs was discussed.

Website - It was decided to change hosts due to a lack of customer support with EarthLink.
Annette was assigned this task. FYI; name expires 4/07, this will need to be renewed or website name changed It was also decided to add PayPal to the website for membership dues and items for sale by CCS.
