Checkbook Issue - Still working on getting the checkbook shifted to Annette Brown – Sect. /Treas.
Kristen M. will get a current T-shirt count. These will be sold at Red Nations Remembering - Nov.4 and
Traders Village Pow-wow - Nov. 11 & 12.
Kirsten M. will round up applications/brochures to be handed out at Red Nations Remembering - Nov.4 and
Traders Village Pow-wow - Nov. 11 & 12.
Kristen S. volunteered to pick up a guest book for our Red Nations Remembering - Nov.4 and Traders Village Pow-wow - Nov. 11 & 12.

Current Business;
Red Nations Remembering - November 4, at 12 PM at Bear Creek Park.

It is a potluck dinner.
Invitations will be done by personal phone calls. The members’ list was split up by alphabetical order for board members to call. Annette will email this list.
Kristen S. volunteered to drive over to the park and make arrangements with the park. The checkbook was not available to put a deposit down on a pavilion.
Kristen S. also volunteered to hang flyers in the college (UofH). Vicki volunteered to do the flyer and email it to Kristen S.
Kristen M. will contact Cindy to see if the Cherokee bingo game will be available.
Jimmy will schedule the programming of the events.
